To start with, Cumming Georgia is not probably a hot spot for tourists, though I would think that avid boaters and fisher-people would enjoy your area. [Yes, I have actually driven through Cumming.]

I hope that my comments below are helpful, which is certainly my intent.

Your house, however, doesn't look like you really have room for guests. There is stuff everywhere. The bedroom shot shows that there is no place for me to put MY things on the bedside tables. There are then a bunch of pictures of the out of doors, but maybe move the dog shots and kyack picture to later in the slide show. The tub has stuff on the platform. Is there a place for me to pu my shampoo? And why is there a wire on the floor? The vine covered porch is cute as can be. Move that shot to earlier. Cut the shot with the chain link fence. it detracts a ton! Why is the Oats on the roof shot before I have seen the living room and kitchen? The living room appears to be all about the dogs. Can I sit on the couch or are there things there that make it impossible?  The kitchen counters are covered in stuff. Is there anywhere to have my morning coffee?

I thnk that your place doesn't actually look like you are inviting guests to join you in your cute home.

With some effort, I suspect that you could increase the number of nights that you have guests staying in your home. It takes work to do this! All the best with your Inndeavor.

Susan,

Thanks for your input.  I see what you are saying about most things- except the room for shampoo on the tub- that's clearly a huge area.  Anyway- yea Cumming is not like a vacation destination for sure , but during the warm season the lake hotels, cabins and rental homes are full from May-October.

Thanks so much!

@Cindy56  I like the listing, and agree with @Susan151.  The problem may be the price: £38 per night for one person is attractive, but £63 for cleaning is a lot unless the guest is staying a while.  (Sorry about the ££).

Thanks-  for one night I guess that high but for 3 or more nights seems reasonable. But may be  I will chnge it and see what happens.

Appreciate your input!
