Add photos button not working

When I click on the Add Photos button (Mac) nothing happens. Exiting or restarting does not solve the problem. Any suggestions, please?

Quite by chance, when I was trying the button again, I slightly missed the button with my cursor and clicked just above it - to my surprise I got a pop-up window saying Airbnb wants to activate Flash. I clicked on 'Yes' and now it works!
