Add spouse to account?

Can I add my spouse to my account. She manages most of the logistics and visitors. However, when there is an issue AIRBNB customer service gives her the 3rd degree because my name is on the account not hers. This has happened a few times now and is hurting our level of service with customers. They request a special change and we cannot reach Airbnb in a timly fashion because they wont let my wife through the verification process.

Go to edit your profile and change your name to Matt & [wife]. Then change your picture to both of you. Only other way is for her to create an account then make her a co-host, but CS often likes speaking to the host, not the co-host, so the first option solves that problem.
