Adding English to my Listing

I am trying to add English to my Spanish listing. I click ADD A LANGUAGE and ENGLISH and then it takes me to the field for Español which is already filled in. Do I do it there? Or will that erase my Spanish fields? There are fields below for ENGLISH, but when I click on them it takes me up to the Spanish fields. Is this a glitch? What to do?

On a desktop it works fine, a new section below the previous language appears, then just type the information in the new fields.

I'm on a desktop. I scroll down and see the English field, but when I go to write in it, it pops me back up to the Spanish field. I think I will just save everything and try to do the English first and then add the Spanish.  It's very frustrating!
