Adding additional damages to claim in Resolution Center

We had some pretty horrendous guests that caused quite a bit of damage.  We took photos and filed a claim to replace the damged goods and fix the other items.  Through the "conversation process" with the guest attemtpting to resolve the conflict, we discovered that they violated our Guest Agreement MANY times (excessive noise, failing to properly dispose of trash, glass around the pool area, etc.), most notably they had an additional person staying with them that was NOT on their reservation, this means they owe us for the additonal guest.  Also, one of the items in the claim requires additional work to be repaired raising the damage estimate that was put in the claim.  How do I go about ADDING items/amounts to the existing claim?  I can't seem to submit another claim until this claim is "resolved?"  Do I have to cancel this claim and re-file another one with the additional items/costs?   Canceling and resubmitting means we have to start the entire 72 hour process of waiting for the guest to respond/pay again right?  Any ideas?  We just want our money so we can fix all teh crap they destroyed during their stay.

Be careful - addng list of things will probably mean the AirBnB, if they get involved, will probably reject your claim. Noise for example: you are not allowed to fine people for noise. You can certainly ask them to leave - but you cant raise a claim for money against this.

Review carefully what you are claiming for and ensure it is damage - not wear and tear and not somethiing triival.

Thanks for your response. We're not fining them for noise. We're fining them for the broken/damaged items as well as the additional guest that was not included on their reservation.

We're pointing out the violations to the guest agreement to further show evidence of the guest's negligence and disrespect of our home.

We're pointing out the number of violations simply to give additional
