Adding/deleting new photos - newbie geek problem

I am trying to update my photos and everythimg I try uploading they say they were unable to upload and I should delete. They are the right size and I have done some on my other property on Airbnb same size and they were accepted. I have been sitting for hours try to sort this

Never give up, clean out your cache,and try again.

There has been quite a bit of discussion recently re IT issues with the platfrom.

Haveyou sent "feedback" to ABB to let there IT team know?

They use Mozilla & Chrome which isn't compatible with us all.

Without our feedback they are unaware where they need to rectify IT issues.

Are you using a mobile device or a computer?

I can upload new photos via the mobile device but can only delete old ones from a computer. Very frustrating! But better than the  hours of frustration before I figured it out.
