Adding guests to the reservation

As a host, I am trying to add more guests to a reservation, it won't let me add more than 16

What is your maximum occupancy set to? If you can sleep up to 16 then it won't let you add any more because that exceeds your maximum.  You would need to increase the number of people you can accommodate to add extra guests .

@Trudy-and-Gregg0 16 is the maximum Airbnb allows, if your property sleeps more, you will need to book for 16 and send them a special offer.
