Adding notes for future reservations

I have people who have loved our home and have mentioned reserving our home next year when they come back to our city. Is there a way to add a note about their visit that is attached to them so if they do return I can look on that and use it as reference? For example, if a guest tells me their kids names or something I could look at the notes and say ahhh thanks for booking with us again, how are your two kids, did they get into Stanford like they were hoping? Or something like that.

At least if you're on a desktop there's a "private notes" function on the left of the messages you exchange with the guest, so if they're booking with the same account they should show up also with the new booking, at least they've done so for me.
