Additional guest/charges

I  am a new host. My first guest did not disclose that she was bringing additional guests and 2 dogs with her when she booked. This is a breech of conttact. The reason she booked with me is they are looking for employment in the area. She has booked my place til the end of June. I told her I needed to charge for the 3rd guest as stated on my listing. I requested the additional fee on Airbnb  for the 3rd guest but she has not paid me yet. What do I need to collect the additional fee and  to report to Airbnb  the non payment from this guest. Thank you

Just be firm and ask her to accept the amended reservation by xx date at latest. Give her a day or two after that be firm and think about how hard you want to push- do you want her out or not?

Charlene, what was the outcome? I'm also a new host and this is one of my concerns.
