Address wanted

A guest that has booked already wants the address to the house, but the reservation isn’t until June. Should I give it to her?

@Monique433 Absolutely not! As far as you know they can be a thief or whatever. Do not give the adress, tell her that you will give it to her 2-3 days before arrival.

The address should be on the booking confirmation (itinerary) email that guests receive.

When guests book very much in advance, I inform them that I will send check in related details later, about 1 week before their check in date. For bookings that are confirmed several months in advance, I usually follow up at least 2 times. Once about 3~4 weeks prior to check and make sure they are coming and if there are any changes to their travel plans. Then 1 week before check in to send check in related details and directions.
