Admin Calendar displays available but not for user - Airbnb Community

Admin Calendar displays available but not for user

Hi,

In my Hosting Admin my calendar displays that my listing is available, but when my friend checks as a User, it displays unavailable months into the future. I feel like I've checked everything but can't seem to resolve the issue. I keep having to override the days manually. Any idea why this keeps happening?
