Advice For Third Party Hosting

I'm looking for advice on the best way to list a property.

So I want a third party to manage my listing. They already have a bunch of positive reviews/feedback with other properties they manage.

Obviously I want to be paid directly to my account (not go through them) and then I pay them a management fee.

So what do you think the best way to go about this is?

hope you are well. 

I would make myself the main host and clarify on the listing that the majority of the communication will be done via my co-host- only in this way you will be able to manage the payout methods. 

For payout - we recommend  PayPal for ease of transaction tracking and look up any discrepancies (if applicable) and you can set routing methods so % payouts per transactions (at least this was possible last year) or pay later as bank transfer etc.
