Advise on cleaning service

Hello.  We have been renting a private room and bath in our house for about 6 months now, and do all the cleaning ourselves so far.  Both my husband and I are pretty detail oriented, and we have gotten "sparkling clean" on almost all of our reviews so far. 

However we would like to take a few short vacations this summer, and have a couple 2 week trips planned for later this year, and would still like to have the room available for rent during that time. Does anyone have advise on how to manage cleaning and laundry while we are away?  Has anyone had luck hiring a service, and if so how does that work with getting the laundry done etc?  Any advise or tips would be greatly appreciated!

@Spencer-And-Jessie0 If I were you I would hire a back-up cleaner now.  Put an ad in the local paper seeking someone with hotel or inn experience.  When I did that I headed it "Join our Airbnb team" because I wanted to get someone comfortable with working as a team under a manager, because house cleaners tend to work alone and are not always comfortable taking instruction from the homeowner.  Get resumes and references and interview as many as you can.  Make it clear in the interview that it will be intermittent work for awhile, and that they'll have a schedule well ahead of time.  Work with them on the first few cleanings.  Once you're satisfied with their work and reliability, you'll be able to go away with peace of mind.
