Weekends have been my saviour, but this week-end is pretty empy 😞

Anyways...  Dude asks for disount this morning. I wasn't in my usual "Absolutely- No-Discounts" mood.

But I did get clever! I told him I would discount the listing come noon time.

An hour late a full priced reservation came in.  I'm estatic!

Weekends are my savior too. Since I started back up again for the year in April, every single weekend has been booked! Even now that the tourist season ended and even as I only make dates available about 7 days in advance, I'm still able to book weekends at my Summer rate. Must be my 5.0 rating. 

Weekdays.... not so much. Just 3 weekday bookings since April, but I don't care. The going weekday rate is too low. The city of LA will bilk me for $850 if I go over 120 nights for the year, so I have no incentive to book anything other than weekends.
