Air BnB Review Lost

I am new to Air BnB and really love it so far. I am on my way to becoming a "Super Host." However, I checked their statistics on the number of posted reviews and noticed one was missing; the first one and it was glowing. I contacted Air and they said they have no record of the review. I did not screen shot the review (as they asked me if I had) because I did not see any need to do so if their system works properly. Has anyone else seen a review, read it and then seen it disappear without notice?
