Has anyone else experienced issues when receiving a refund from AirBnb? My wife was due 2 refunds from AirBnb so they said they provided the refunds but only one of them went through. We've been working with our credit card company and Air Bnb since August on this issue and they haven't been helpful at all and just say 'It went through on our end'.
It doesn't seem like their customer service is able to handle these types of issues as we've spent dozens of hours on this issue with no proper resolve. Does anyone have a good contact at AirBnb to help with things of this nature?
