Hi, I am super host at small Villa in CA, summer time the weather is so hot an of course the key to a good stay is air conditioner.  My guests, no matter how many times I was asking to close windows and balcony doors when they running the

Air cpndotioner it still open.  Outside is more then 90 degree and conditioner working as a horse because windows is open, what the right way to explain in the nice manner to the guesr, that is wrong  to vandalise AC

I have instructions in my welcome message, right after the code to get into my house. In spite of that, people seem to still not really be reading it. I have walked into my house many times this summer and have found the heat turned on. There is a paragraph explaining what controls what, but people tend to just do whatever they want. I have also had windows open with the AC on. I don't think that much could really be done.
