Air conditioning guidelines

I recently booked an apartmentapartment, and in the amenities list it said that it has air-conditioning. But all I could see was a pedestal fan. Would this be considered air conditioning?

Air conditioning could be installed in a wall which is not photographed, ask the host to make sure!

My listing has airconditioning but it is central air so you can not see it in the photos. I also provide a fan. Some like it for ventilation or white noise.
