Has anyone else had problems with the AirBNB App and messages being delayed?
For example, today I contacted my guest who is arriving this evening, to give him check in information. About 5 minutes later I received a push notification on my phone informing me he had replied. I go to the AirBNB app on my phone and there isn't a message. I go to my laptop and the message is there. I check my phone again and still no message. It has been 30 minutes and the message still has not shown up in my AirBNB app.
Today isn't the first time. As a matter of fact, it happens ALL the time.
If we, as hosts, are expected to respond in a timely manner to guest inquiries, this needs to be fixed.
