AirBNB Booking Orange /Anaheim September 2019

Hey, I have booked and fully paid for an Apartment for 8 nights this coming September on the edge of Anaheim .  The hosts have been excellent with communication , very prompt. The apartment gets excellent reviews. I am visiting from Sydney with my family and my head is spinning with the new laws re. airbnb and i am worried as is my wife that we will be left without a place to stay. The hosts have assured me we are good to go. Any tips to put my mind at rest would be greatly appreciated ? I also have a place booked in Westwood . Please help, thanks in advance

If you are booking with a long established host with mainly five star reviews and even better still who is a superhost and they communicate well and you have agreed a check in time/process I am sure all is fine.

I don't know about Airbnb regulations in the area you are staying in. What restrictions do they have in place that you are concerned about @Tim758

Thanks for your reply. They have always responded very quickly. I have a very detailed check in list, with address etc. My main concern is the laws have changed in LA ( well thats my understanding) from this July, they were passed at the end of last year regarding short term rentals. It is a bit confusing and sounds like it is going to be very hard to police. I normally wouldn't be too concerned but travelling with my kids i am. Thanks @Helen3
