AirBNB not paying hosts!

Hi guys,

I see this is a common problem.

If I had known what a scam company this was I would never have hosted for them.

Been waiting 2 weeks to get paid and getting lied to and given the runaround.

Any suggestions on how I get my money?

It looks like you are a new host? First pay out does often take longer. You can read about it under payouts. I have been a host for 5 years now with more than 300 bookings and never had a delay in payouts. It is my experience that there is not a common problem with payouts.

There is a lot to learn when starting out as a host. You will find a thread under the "help section" where you can read about all the different things that a host needs to know. I recommend this community as well as I have learned a lot myself from more experienced hosts. Kind regards, Sandra /Copenhagen host.

@Paul1580 The same thing happened to me.  Mine was resolved and I hope it doesn't happen again.  Here's what I did:

1) Go to twitter @airbnbhelp and messaged your complain there.  A case manager will get back to you. 

2) if still no resolution, then file a complaint to Better Business Bureau BBB.
