Hello, looking for any support advice here. I have a condo that now has two listings. The first listing originally I was the co-host and later became the host after the Original host taught me the ropes. A couple days after he made me the main host AIrbnb shut down his account. When they did this it messed up this listing and stopped giving me payouts for the completed reservations that are still under this listing. this is still happing today two months later. and now 10K of payouts that im still owed are no closer to being payed out. Im told because the origianl host- he didnt make me the listing admin... i cant controll the listing. every time i call in or use the support messaging. they say the trust and safty group will reachout and work on my issue. the problem is they never do and no one will help me esclate thei issue. Is there any person or group we can go to to get actual esclation or someone that will actually care enough to help in matters that have been draging on for multiple months with no resolution? . I keep going in circles and spenidng hours apon hours trying to find anybody that can find the right person to correct this. thx
