So, I originally booked for 60days. 1st half of was charged and paid while the 2nd half was held for remainder 30days. My payment was processed the day BEFORE the second half started. My accomodations are great, but my job wants me closer to work (travel job). I cleared it all with my host, who was more than understanding, but now how do I get my 2nd half of payment back from ABB? I already CX the reservation and they said $0 refund is available/awarded(?)!! My host even agreed to waive her cx requirement because I stayed for 30days and was a good guest. Is there a direct # to ABB?

The Host is able to process a refund if they so wish.
I had an IB yesterday and she never showed up. Do I still receive payment or should I have cancelled?
You will have your payment processed as normal. You must never cancel a reservation from your end - there are penalties. If a guest cannot be bothered to cancel or even notify the host - tough !
