AirBnB Failure to pay or Notify

I was due a payment on the 24th via paypal. That means they would have taken the money from the guest on the 23rd. Apparently there were problems getting the money out of the bank. However, they failed to notify me at the time, it was not resolved the next day and now, coming to the close of the second business day after they were due to pay, there's still nothing.

 

At no point, either on the 23rd, 24th or this morning did anyone contact me to tell me they were unable to process the payment. This has put me in an extremely difficult position financially. I had to request multiple callbacks just to get through to a working machine or even people who didn't just get disconnected mid-call.

 

Having spoken to the guest, it appears to be the same bank account that has successfully paid out before, with no reason why it shouldn't this time.

 

These are multiple points of failure, all of which appear to be AirBnB's responsibility.

I realise that's not much of a question but I don't know what to do about this.

 

Thanks to AirBnB, I have someone in my space who hasn't paid, and there's no way I could do anything about this because despite them knowing in advance, they didn't tell me. And they haven't resolved it. What am I supposed to do?
