AirBnB Plus Arrogance

I pulled this flat out of AirBnB Plus: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/26453179?preview_for_ml=true&guests=1&adults=1. A key reason was the unwillingness of AirBnB Plus to take seriously my concerns. Their response was that "not everyone is suited for AirBnB Plus". Their attitude was that the hosts were irrelevant. They had their quota to hit and they would do so no matter what it took. It must be total disarray in that program.
