What advantages will becoming an AirBnb plus listing over just the superhost have for me?

@Heath22  According to many posts here (do a search for threads on Plus)  it hasn't had any advantage for hosts and in some cases thier bookings actually dropped. And when you go Plus, you are stuck with whatever photos the photographer is instructed by Airbnb to take, which most hosts have not been pleased with, as they had no control over what and how the photographer shot. Additionally they write your listing description, which is really scanty, and you can't change or add to it.

Some hosts who opted in, have now opted out.

So, in a nutshell, it hasn't been well received.
