Airbnb App | Calender Issue

Dear Airbnb,

 

We manage an Airbnb and Im the Co-Host, but for some reason the calender on my side is not showing the guests details etc. All I see is a cross out on the calendar, no detail of the actual booking. This create a huge issue because I use the app all the time.

 

Please, can someone investigate?

Just letting you know, You wont get a direct answer from Airbnb though the community forum. But wanted to say My calendar is much the same. I am also a host & a co-host. All of my host bookings are there but only one of my co-host bookings. I can find who is arriving soon by going into the inbox.

response from Airbnb regarding this issue. @Allan42 @Louise337  I hope it gets fixed soon.

I have the same problem. Even I can not receive any notifications and Sms messages from new guest. But the primary host don't meet any problems like me, co-host. It's so serious problem because my primary host is abroad. @Airbnb help center, please solve those problems as soon as possible!
