Airbnb Collecting Tax Yet?

Can someone give me a clear, concise answer on the easiest way to collect taxes through the resolution center?  The Air B chat is very awkward and confusing, and don't seem to answer my questions. 

How do you know when a guest has paid in full?  How do you know if they choose to pay in full now or pay less?  And how do you know when you can send a request for taxes?

These seem to be basic questions.  The chat center tells me the host is not allowed to see this basic info....

Airbnb does not encourage collecting taxes via resolution centre, please read:

Your listing shows airbnb is not collecting tax now automatically.

You indeed do not have access to payment history between guest and Airbnb, so it is not available to a host.
