Hi, I have had a few things going wrong with my listing. 1, I deactivated my account as i was going to be home for holidays and wanted my place to myself. I still recieved multiple bookings, after which when i have not yet replied, all bookings got accepted, with dates overlapping etc. airbnb sent me a mail, telling me my account could be suspended, obviously not happy, as this was an error on their behalf. My rating also went down because of this. Ive always had 5 stars which now when down to 4. Again not happy. Ive mailed them, and have not heard anything back, rather frustrating. I feel they are quick to want to penalise you should you not adhere to rules etc but when you need their assistance to correct THEIR mistakes they are no where to be found. Another thing, I usually get notifications via SMS, Airbnb and email, i recently only recieve SMS's where Im not able to recieve the full message/enquiry and there is no trace of this communication on mail nor email? How am i suppose to reply to that? Again my status dropping, because im not replying within the given time limit, but I cant reply!! Im loosing booking because of this.
