Airbnb MAGAZINE - Wasting Paper!

Does anyone know how to remove oneself from the Airbnb Magazine subscription? Because I have 2 listings I get 2 magazines - neither of which is ever even cracked open. It's an extreme waste of paper and trees, etc.

My guests read it sometimes.  Yours do not?  If I didn't want anything received in the mail, I just put it in the recycle bin.  Pretty sure there is no opt out since it is a marketing tool much like a catalog. 😛

You're luckier than me! i have five cottages here so thus 5 listings -and- finally after about 5 yrs with Airbnb, and seeing others talk about this magazine, I had never gotten one - until about 3 months ago - now I have gotten 15 copies (5 units - 3 issues) and i don't see anything in there that would interest my guests.

Addendum/Update (thanks to other post for link to base Help page - I will be updating my acct soon!)

I ended up calling their customer service line today, as I had tried all of these online "cancel your subscription" links to no avail, couldn't sign in to any account for this magazine since I never paid for it - I'm a host and it just comes. So the girl took my last name, email and address and cancelled me within 3 minutes! So that is the way to go, I'm afraid! Calling is so much easier than all of these "simple" websites. Heres the number: 888-768-6247

I also just now called as have some vision issues...wanted acct nbr but there's NONE on my labels...she did find my acct via name and zip but couldn't see why i was getting multiple copies as only one acct...was a foreign CSR so maybe language was a bit of problem. Since I'll only get one more issue (times 5!) on the free subscription, gave up.
And as this is a seasonal address, they may have sent two issues in spring that went straight to trash via USPS as they wouldn't get forwarded to my winter addr.
