I'm a host - For an existing reservation ending ** I'm due a payout notification email today usually between 12pm to 12.30 pm UK time (like clockwork as it has been in previous booking ) . This is a resonable high payout required to pay my bills. However it is now way past 12.30 pm and no payment notifications.
However upon reviewing my "Transactions > Future Transactions" section, the payout due today is still showing up as "Pending Payouts " Neither have I received a payout notification emai
This pure unprofessionalism in payout notification to your hosts is still an ongoing problem (first faced in 2016) and leaves me uneasy. I have been very patient with yourselves, and looking at a history of similar issues about payout notification and payment delays faced by other hosts posted here in the discussion forums, Airbnb are clearly not doing anything about it. How does Airbnb expect hosts to treat guests hospitably when at the back of hosts' mind they are still due a payment by Airbnb which has been delayed
Airbnb - you need to please escalate this to your Finance/payout team, this is the third time or fourth where Airbnb delays payout/payout notification for my reservation despite being over 24 hours after the guest checks in.
