Airbnb PLUS Disaster!

As a long term Superhost, we felt that further upgrading to Airbnb Plus would be an advantage to our listing.  After lots of back and forth, and having a photographer come out, we finally got our listing approved.  THEN, we discovered we have lost control of the selection of our feature pictures AND our listing title.  What?!?!  I am outraged.  We are in a popular wine country location and this is our high booking time of year.  Nothing since we upgraded.  And, no one is listening at Airbnb ... have left several messages with reps who don't have any 'control' of our listing, but instead have to pass on an email to the 'Plus' team.  Really?!?!?!  I am outraged.  They should have reps who have certain accounts, so we can contact that person directly.  I am so surprised that Airbnb would start this program without having any real organization regarding how it would be for hosts.  We will most likely be reverting our listing back to the way it was.  Waste of our time, and Airbnb doesn't seem to be listening.

this forum is full of posts like yours. It become obvious that PLUS is made for agencies and hotels, it is not suitable for small private hosts like you and me and the type of guests we want to get.

Many hosts pulled out their listings from PLUS program.
