Airbnb Plus-Selected to join

Hi everyone, one of our properties has been selected to join the Plus range, Airbnb have waived the annual fee.

Is this something we should pursue or are they after our subscription fee for year two ?

@John1937 its not got a good reputation, you loose control of your listing photo's and description.
