Airbnb Plus host: sharing positive data

These are two listings that are as apples to apples as possible. Both are in the same house, both have the same pricing, square footage, amenities, and Super Host status and have performed within hundreds of dollars to each other on gross earnings for over two years. The difference now is that Two has been Airbnb Plus for two months and One is not yet Airbnb Plus.

The 30 day booking data shows that One has 20 bookings and Two (the Plus listing) has 32. Both have a similar occupancy percentage of 86% and 88% in April, respectively.

@Diedrich0   This is helpful information for hosts considering or beginning Air BNB Plus.  It brings up the idea, that Air BNB might want to gather data about the market value of Air BNB Plus.

Good point. I’ve seen them expand the analytics for hosts, and at this point in the program’s development, hosts can help each other by sharing data but it would be helpful if Airbnb releases some of their own. I’m sure they are watching it closely.

This is very helpful @Diedrich0 thank you. Do you have any thoughts on how smoothly transactions went? Were guests more demanding? Were prices increased for the Plus listing?
