Hi @Victor632! I have some questions about rental arbitrage in the Charlotte area. I live in Cramerton. I am wondering about the earning potential in the Charlotte area. How has your experience been with the rental arbitrage? What are the do’s and don’ts of the rental arbitrage that you would advise? What part of Charlotte is your property? How do you go about finding your renter(s)?
