Airbnb - Transaction Page failing

Hi all, as of two weeks ago, I'm unable to login to the transaction history of my Airbnb profile. It constantly shows the Ice Cream Girl dropping her cone.

Yes, still having this since about two weeks ago. We've tried...

1. VPN to other locations including Holland, Singapore, USA. 
2. Clearing out the cache for 4 weeks 
3. Contacting Airbnb

This is happening at all levels of the organizations, it's affecting our profiles as well. We're part of the Bukit Vista group as well.

I'm unable to see the transaction history on my payout page as well. My friends hosting in Kuala Lumpur are also blind to the situation. Very frustrating. Considering that. we need to do our financial accounting.

May I suggest the Engineering team at Airbnb have a look at this as well?
