Airbnb VIP listing to screen out city code enforcer and new travelers

Not sure how many hosts are facing this dilemma. My city forbids Airbnb even when i’m living inside of the home, but I don’t want to sublease a room for long term, since my parents may visit my home. 

If Airbnb can develop a kind of VIP exclusive listing, which allows the host to host only experienced airbnber with at least 5 good guest reviews, this may allow host to screen out city code enforcer and those non decent first time airbnbers.

As unfortunate as it is, that means no Airbnb guests for you, surely.
And I doubt Airbnb will implement a new status to help you sidestep your city's laws.

The city forbids airbnb when I’m living inside of the house! you don’t get the point. Why did the city gets a say who’s my roommate. Not every city’s ordinance is reasonable and why we should follow those unreasonable ordinances?
