They payed to Airbnb at time of booking and Airbnb will pay you, please read:

Hi Admin and Emiel thank you for your answers. I was away for China for two months. We couldn't use Gmail in China. So I missed all the emails during this time. Now I'm ready to host a guest. Now I've got a question about starting a new account. So when the money comes through we want to delete this account and start a new one as we are not satisfied with our account now and want to restart. Is this possible? Thanks
