i am upset to use Airbnb. When i wanted to take a house. Airbnb gave me an error that I can’t pay and can’t take the house. After coming back from my trip, i found out that Airbnb deducted money and I didn’t know it because Airbnb app did not show me anything. I checked website and after that i found out this thing. Now they told me that the host didn’t agree . So, we won’t be able to do anything. The below message is their message. I didn’t understand anything because of airbnb bug.

I've spoken further to Harry and at this time he's not willing to refund you further for this reservation. As he explained to you in his reply to the resolution center his calendar remained blocked by your reservation.
On our side, while we can see that you had many attempts at making a payment before ending up with a successful one, you received several confirmation emails and notifications reminding you of the reservations as well as confirmation messages by your host when the reservation was successfully completed, as such we're not able to refund you for this reservation outside of your hosts decision.
