I have been blocked since June without reason, either. As a result, I have lost more than five discourage guests trying to reserve my properties and hundreds of dollars in lost revenue. I have four properties listed on Airbnb. I have called almost every day to find out what the problem is. Every single Rep keeps telling me that EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE ON MY END! Yesterday I spoke with yet another Airbnb REP, her name is Samantha, she finally told me that "it looks like" there's a technical issue with Airbnb's website and in particular with my listings. Today I'm still waiting for that "Special Technical Service Agent" to call me back, hopefully to let me know what the problem is. NOBODY HAS CALLED IN TODAY! The only recourse I have now is to seek the advise of a good attorney for guidance on this unfortunate process.
I certainly agree with you that Airbnb's lack of Customer Support is a failure. If I had to rate Airbnb's performance as they rate Hosts and Guests, my rate is 1. NO STARS FOR AIRBNB CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
