I have been having a lot of problems with Airbnb's calendar recently. It is not my fault and they continue to punish me for that. I synchronize my calendars ALWAYS because I am on two agencies and I receive a lot of reservations from another agency. However, Airbnb has a different system of booking dates unlike this other agency called Booking.com. For example, I have already booked two guests from August 5 to August 6 on Booking.com. However, I have received on Airbnb another reservation from August 3 to August 5. The problem is that Airbnb erased August 5 because of that guest and put it available although the guest has to check out on August 5 by noon. And then arrives another guest from Booking.com that stays till August 6. Since Airbnb made available that date, another guest checked in through Airbnb from August 5 till August 6, although August 6 is marked unavailable on Airbnb together with August 5. And NOW it is MY fault for THEIR mistake because I had to cancel and I have to endure consequences. This is unfair. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
