Airbnb have paid 2 of my payments into some one elses account, I URGENTLY require an update.

Our Airbnb account has been corrupted and Airbnb have made 2 payments of ours into an illegal account,this happened two weeks ago and we have heard nothing from Airbnb. I URGENTLY require an update and the money paid into our account. I also want a guarantee that any future payments will only be paid into our Airbnb account.
