I had a really bad experience with an unresponsive host and now Airbnb is not responding on the resolution center as well! I feel like I am typing into a void. Help! Who can I call? I need my money back.
Difficult to help as you haven't said what the problem is, or why you are asking for a refund through the resolution centre so difficult to offer any advice.
Anyway if they are not responding trying reaching them on the twitter help handle.
