Airbnb message problems

Hi, I use a pass code padlock for guests and send a message and photograph of code when property is ready. Yesterday my guest phoned after 10 pm as he couldn't gain access. On checking my messages both the picture and message in the airbnb messages were marked as 'sending' and had been since 3pm. Anyone else experienced this issue in airbnb messages? Hoping I don't get marked down for communication due to a messaging fault.  😞

I've experienced what you explain happen to me on all the messaging apps I use (kakao talk, whatsapp, hangouts, telegram with my personal contacts) at least once, when I least expect it 🙂 For important messages, it's only a couple seconds to wait and see to make sure the message is successfully  "sent"

Hi Jessica & Henry, yes i`ll certainly wait and check now but must be a glitch in the system.  Unusual for 2 messages to sit as sending.  I`m connected to my properties wi fi, have internet access on my phone and then connected to mt home wi fi when i retunred so would think message would just be delayed but still sent!
