Airbnb not accepting payment

I have a guest who is trying to book. I have accepted their reservation but Airbnb is not accepting their payment saying ‘currency not available’ even though they’re paying with a British bank card? Any suggestions? Thanks

@Anne-Marie152  I don't know what the accepted methods of payment are there, but I think that maybe debit/bank cards are not accepted. Airbnb wants a credit card, as far as I'm aware.
