Hi All,

I am a property owner looking to get set up on Airbnb to get more renters!

I was wondering if anyone has any experience in working with local realtors to get more renters? If so, what type of deal was struck? I know that there must be a way to benefit both parties while still making a healthy profit!

Any suggestions?

Hello Darius,

As a realtor,  in a regular transaction I will charge 1/2 month of the first month rent as my commission,  but  I can help you with your Airbnb as well,  of course with different commission  structure, I follow up with your clients, organize your place and leave it ready for the next guest.  I take all responsability out of your shoulder.  text or call me and we can get together to talk about my services.
