Airbnb reviews being hidden

Airbnb Will fail and this is why: we tried to stay at this place however we had some issues and had to cancel. At first the host said he would refund us a partial ammount but after sometime he simply refused to answer to the messages and kept ignoring.

Airbnb said that the host changed his mind, now the worst part is that our review regarding the host wans't published but his difamatory review is published on our profile.

Airbnb tampers the reviews in order to trick guests and falsely empowers weak hosts.

The Portugal portugueses customer support help is incompetent and didnt manage to solve this issue.

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

This is the Hosts cancellation policy and Hosts do not control refunds, AirBnB refund automatically.

Seems you cancelled same day so you should have got 50% of the remaining days back, if not you need to contact AirBnB.
