Airbnb's changes to reservation confirmation

In the last 2-3 months, almost everyone who has booked with me has asked for instructions to get to my house as well as my address. Where did this information get moved to? It used to be pretty clear in the confirmation letter. If this many people are confused, it's not working. I want the former process reinstated!

check your settings & resave them as there's been IT changes, huh upgrades, here there & everywhere.

There are Guests that for whatever reason either are not reading information, or perhaps have dyslexia, that said a guest of mine who has dyslexia knew my address.

Have you got your Listing Map showing with exact address?

or kept private?

Check those settings are saved to.

Perhaps it's something that should be included in Guest and Host newsletters to create an awareness as there has been others in CC who have raised this issue recently - use keywords in search box in CC to locate & read those posts.
