Airbnb says it’s paid out twice but no payments received for multiple reservations
I have just been emailed that AIRBNB mistakenly paid out twice for one reservation but no payment at all is reflecting in the bank and also more recent payouts have been processed
There is no way of getting hold of AIRBNB via the app on this query and this is urgent
I had the same challenge and my friend also experienced the same thing. It seems to be a glitch in the system.
I contacted airbnb via Twitter (@AirbnbHelp)and a case manager contacted me. I also emailed Payoneer to inform them about this. Payonner's email address is banktransfers@payoneer.com
