These forums are mostly manned by other hosts who do not have insight into your particular travel items. You need to get in touch wiht Airbnb for a complete resolution.

You can see what penalties applied to this reservation by viewing your travel plans. It will depend on a number of items that we cannot see.
There is no way to contact them via email. You need to use the phone number they provided with your reservation. Or search the Community Forums for Contacting Airbnb.
